We work together either in-person or virtually to establish your goals over a certain length of time. Utilizing whatever equipment you have at home or in your gym, I develop a custom program full of exercises to keep you engaged, motivated, and committed to the transformation you wish to see. I also offer personalized nutritional guidance to accompany your workouts. Let’s chat about how we can best serve you.

Prenatal and Postpartum Training

The idea that once you get pregnant you shouldn’t work out is old and tired, folks. In fact, this is the time where your body needs the most care for both baby and you! The one thing all moms have in common? Every single body responds to pregnancy differently. I work with you to ensure your muscles stay strong and ligaments stay flexible through one of the most important moments in your life.

Custom Program Design

For those of you who enjoy autonomy! Based on what you have available in your home or at your gym, I customize a program by equipment, length of time, and duration of the program. We evaluate your fitness goals and body type to create a program that will keep you showing up over and over again for you, done on your own time and at your own pace. I also offer an additional nutrition guide to maximize your results.

Talent Hiring/ On-Set Coordinator

Don’t let your models injure themselves doing an incorrect kettlebell swing! A seasoned veteran in the fitness media and print industry, Amanda will hire, recruit, and program your talent’s movements for your brand advertising. She understands how to correctly instruct models and athletes on set, making for a safe, effortless, and fun shoot, with you walking away with compelling (and accurate) digital and print content.

An industry-recognized television fitness model and digital trainer, Amanda knows the demands required to look and feel effective and strong on-set.
