My first date with Pablo was a workout. Yes, a workout. He offered to train me and of course I was all about it. We had a great session. I showed off my strength and flexibility, and he pushed me past my limits. We quickly became dedicated workout partners.  

Even now, three years later, Pablo and I still love training together. We constantly push each other to achieve new goals, which brings us closer together. We hold each other accountable for getting that workout in on days that we are not able to workout together or when one of us just doesn't feel like doing it. Working out with your partner allows for some healthy competition and gives you something fun and active to do together. Remember, couples that sweat together, stay together!
